We are situated in Mablethorpe, which is a small seaside town on the East Coast of England.
Sue and Glenis, are mother and daughter who own and work in Sue's Curios.
Sue has been a keen collector of Pendelfin for over 30 years
and has one of the most complete collections in the world.
She is always on the look out for anything unusual to add to her collection.
We pride ourselves on having a vast knowledge of Pendelfin
and are always happy to help and advise collectors on their purchases.
We offer a worldwide mail order service,
and as we know how special Collectables are we always take great care in packing them.

Making A Purchase
Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order"
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We only accept credit card and debit card payments form this site.
To order by cheque please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else,
place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, American Express.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to post all parcels the next working day after an order is received.
U.K. delivery is usually within two days of despatch, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Overseas orders can take up to 10 days from day of despatch.
U.K. Mainland
Items posted with in the U.K. are charged at cost.
The maximum postage for large parcels is £7.95
We use either the Royal Mail First Class Recorded or the Parcelforce 48 Hour Recorded Service.
Outside The U.K.
Items posted outside the U.K. are sent by Royal Mail - Airmail Small Packet if under 2KGS.
Items over 2KGS are sent Parcelforce - Worldwide International Standard.
Postage is charged at cost and depends on the weight.
Please Note:
We only charge in sterling.
It is your own Bank that converts it to your own currency.
Tax Charges
Orders include 17.5 % VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Please inform us as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged.
All products sold on this site are subject to the distance selling regulations. For non faulty items
you have the right to cancel your order, within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
However if an order has already been despatched it is up to you to return the goods in the same condition as we sent them.In such circumstances we are not responsible for return postage.Any necessary refund not including outward postage will then be given.
